Hey! I’m Morgan Wilson from Huntington, Long Island. I’m a mom of an awesome girl and married to my best friend. Like you, I’m super busy, but I love cooking healthy meals for my family.

How I Got Started

I learned to cook in my mom’s kitchen. As I got older and busier, I realized how hard it is to eat healthy when you’re always on the go. So, I started coming up with my own quick and healthy recipes. Now, I want to share them with you!
